1. Project Status

Valheim Reforged is an unofficial, community-created modification for the game Valheim. It is developed and distributed by the Krumpac Modding team for entertainment and educational purposes only.

2. Ownership of Original Game

All rights to Valheim and its original assets belong to Iron Gate Studio and Coffee Stain Publishing. This project is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by either company. Nothing in this statement grants any rights in Valheim or its assets.

3. Access & Distribution

• The mod is distributed free of charge through approved channels such as the Thunderstore Mod Manager.
• Access is currently controlled via a Closed BETA whitelist to protect assets and prevent unauthorized redistribution.
• Installation requires a legitimate copy of Valheim purchased through an official platform (e.g., Steam).

4. License & Use Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with this statement, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install the mod for personal, non-commercial use within Valheim.

Unless you have prior written consent from the Krumpac Modding team, you may not:

• Upload or redistribute the mod files to any other site or service.
• Modify or create derivative works from the mod files (other than normal configuration edits).
• Extract, convert, or repurpose assets for use in other games, projects, or platforms.
• Use any assets, code, or content for commercial purposes, paid mods, or donation incentives.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

5. Community & BETA Access

• No Paywall: Closed BETA access is free; Patreon or other financial support is optional and not required.
• Enforcement: BETA keys and access may be revoked for any breach of these terms, including unauthorized sharing or redistribution.

6. Liability

This modification is provided “as-is” without any warranties or guarantees, express or implied. The developers are not responsible for any damages, data loss, service disruption, or other issues arising from download, installation, or use.

7. Credits

All custom assets, music, voice work, and code are the property of their respective creators and are used with permission within the Valheim Reforged project.

Valheim and other trademarks are the property of their respective owners and used for identification purposes only.
